Prescription Refill Auto Attendant

Pine Medical Group is pleased to offer you a new way to refill your prescriptions so you won’t have to wait on hold to speak with a nurse. It’s easy and efficient!

For a Fremont physician, call 928-6333
For a Newaygo physician, call 652-8136, option 2
Make sure you have your medications nearby before dialing.

(Please note: if you use Medco or Omnicare for your prescriptions, you need to request a paper-printed, hand-signed Rx from your physician. For most other pharmacies, you may follow the instructions below.)

When prompted by the auto attendant, choose the option to refill a prescription and then proceed as follows:

•    State and spell your first and last name, press 1
•    State your date of birth, press 1
•    State the name of the medication, press 1
•    State the dosage, press 1
•    State the number of times per day you take the medication, press 1
•    State the pharmacy name and location (city), press 1
•    State the prescribing doctor’s name, press 1
•    State your telephone number including your area code, press 1
•    If you have additional prescriptions to refill, remain on the line and then press 1 to continue when prompted

Please allow 48 hours and then call your pharmacy to make sure it is ready.  Thank you!
