Pine Medical Group's Pediatricians are dedicated to healthcare for the children of Newaygo County and surrounding areas from birth to age 18. They treat children for well-child exams, times of illness such as infections and viruses, immunizations, delayed development disorders, behavioral and mental health disorders, and provide a medical home for those with special healthcare needs. Both Pediatricians are Board Certified and truly enjoy devoting their time to caring for children.
Dr. Julie Norris was raised in Fremont and joined Pine Medical Group’s Fremont office in August 2007. She is a graduate of MSU College of Human Medicine and did her residency training at DeVos Children’s Hospital in Grand Rapids. She enjoys serving the medical needs of children in Newaygo County and the surrounding area. She lives in Hesperia with her husband and their daughter.
Dr. Betsy Welsh began her practice in the Fremont office in January 2005 and provides healthcare to infants, children, and teens through age 18. She is a graduate of Wayne State University and completed her residency training at DeVos Children’s Hospital. She and her husband, Dr. Steve Welsh, live in Fremont with their three children.
