Please inquire about the cost of the injection when you call for an appointment, as the price may vary from year to year. Those who qualify may receive a discount. You may also inquire with your insurance company to find out if they cover flu injections.
Flu shot clinics are typically offered every year during the months of October and November, but you may still get an appointment for a flu shot in December if supplies last. We do our best to order an appropriate supply of injections for our patients, however, pharmaceutical companies control the distribution of the injections and as such, we sometimes experience shortages.
