You must be a patient of Pine Medical Group to receive a flu shot. Please call 231-924-4200 (Fremont) or 231-652-1631 (Newaygo) for an appointment.

For Fall 2009, the cost of a flu shot is $40.00, however, those who qualify may receive a discount. Please inquire about the discount policy when you call. You may also inquire with your insurance company to find out if they cover flu injections.

Flu shot clinics are typically offered every year during the months of October and November, but you may still get an appointment for a flu shot in December if supplies last.
